Transfers & Refunds: You're welcome to transfer your tickets to a different screening at any point before your original screening time at no cost. You can always check the current status of a future screening on the program tiles of the venue page. In the event of a canceled screening, we will notify you as soon as possible via email with details on how to transfer your tickets to another screening or obtain a refund. However, if inclement weather affects the guest experience, screenings may be canceled. Weather disruptions: We make every effort for our screenings to go ahead.
During daytime screenings you may want to apply sunblock, cover your shoulders and wear a hat, and on cool evenings bring a jacket or your favorite blanket. The Great Outdoors: The rooftop is fully exposed to the elements so please check the weather before attending. Please note, our one-size headphones are best suited for children ages 5 and up. Screenings starting prior to 4:30pm are open to all ages, but kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
We always encourage guests to arrive early and all together to ensure they can select their preferred seats.Ĭhildren: Screenings after 4:30pm are strictly 18+. No Reserved Seating: Guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.
